Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) develop SAKHI app aids Gaganyaan astronauts

SAKHI App: Recently ,the SAKHI (Space-borne Assistant and Knowledge Hub for Crew Interaction) app was developed by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) aids Gaganyaan astronauts for  technical assistance, health monitoring, mission management, and seamless communication. The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), an ISRO facility located at Thumba in Thiruvananthapuram, had developed the app for purpose of monitor astronauts’ health while maintaining communication with Earth and while managing dietary schedules.

Gaganyaan

Gaganyaan is an Indian crewed orbital spacecraft intended to be the formative spacecraft of the Indian Human Spaceflight Programme, developed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) where they-manufactured crew module which underwent its first uncrewed experimental flight on December 18, 2014.For his purpose, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) will provide support for critical human-centric systems and technologies such as space-grade food, crew healthcare, radiation measurement and protection, parachutes for the safe recovery of the crew module, and the fire suppression system.
