What is the Storyline Of Manichitrathazhu ?
The movie is based on an old-age folktale entrenched on based on the ancestral heritage of the scriptwriter named Madhu Muttam. The movie opens up with the introduction of newlyweds Nakulan and Ganga who arrive at Nakulan’s traditional home, after their arguments with Nakulan’s maternal uncle, Thambi. Soon the newly wedded bride Ganga starts to discover the home’s ominous history and gets haunted by a spirit contained in Thekkini which is a sealed chamber. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Ganga opens the Thekkini, leading to the paradox boxes for all of them. Soon Nakulan suspects his cousin of causing these disturbances due to mental breakdown
