The Elite Panel of ICC Umpires, established in April 2002, includes top cricket umpires appointed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) to officiate in Test matches and One Day Internationals (ODIs) globally. The aim of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires enhance umpiring standards by introducing impartiality, with both Test match umpires and one ODI umpire being independent of the competing nations’ partial manner.
