Awajima Hyakkei: Ohta Publishing has announced that Takako Shimura’s manga “Awajima Hyakkei” will be receiving an anime adaptation that revolves around girls at an opera music school, with each chapter focusing on different characters. The coming-of-age series has been serialized on various platforms, starting on Ohta Publishing’s PocoPoco website in July 2011 before moving to Ohta Web Comic in July 2016. After a break in 2019, the manga will resume with monthly serialization in January 2022 but went on break again in August 2022 before resuming in November 2023. The manga concluded its run on March 15. The fifth and final compiled volume of the manga is set to be released on May 13 by Ohta Publishing.
